Optimax Contracting was founded in 2013 by Julius and John Tigley. It is a incorporated company operated
by two brothers. Prior to becoming business partners, each had their own respected commercial cleaning
companies. Julius Tigley operated JMT Office and Commercial Cleaning since 2007 which is based in
Kitchener and John Tigley operated Triple J Cleaning since 2012 which is based in Vaughan. Both have
broad experiences in the industry, for strategic reasons, both brothers joined forces and are now able to
face different and bigger challenges in the industry and can cover more areas.

We are dynamic and growing commercial cleaning and contracting company committed to providing
cleaning services in commercial and industrial offices, factories, apartment buildings, retail stores,
restaurants, banks, showrooms and small businesses.

Our areas of expertise are in commercial cleaning services large or small, construction cleaning services,
carpet cleaning, floor care, stripping and waxing, le floor cleaning, regular daily cleaning and window
cleaning. 
We are currently servicing various places in Ontario i.e. Greater Toronto Area, Newmarket, Hamilton,
Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, London, Barrie, Belleville, Brantford and Owen Sound. We have the
capabilities to cover the whole province of Ontario.
